  • Booking Process

     After completing the form, your travel agent, Ty will complete research and design your travel itinerary proposal inclusive of the preferences indicated by you! 

     Proposal will be delivered via email within 3-5 business days. Please check spam/junk/promotions inbox. 

    Once you have decided on a package option and are ready to submit your deposit, respond back to the email.

    Ty will contact you to confirm package option.

    Each traveler will receive a contact update information and travel insurance forms within the next 2 business days. 

    Every traveler will recieve an invoice (unless requested otherwise) for submission of deposit and other payments towards trip via debit/credit card. No Cash-App or Zelle, etc. payments will be accepted to travel agent. 

    After the deposits are paid, you will get an email confirmation AND Voila!

    You are free to make payments on your trip until 30-35 days prior to travel. The date will be noted on your invoice.

    2-3 weeks before departure you will recieve travel documents with all of the information that you need!

    Then you go on vacation and post pics to let me know how amazing it was!

    Access to travel agent from 7am-6:00pm before travel & 24 hour access while on vacation. 

    Please allow 3-5 business days for a quote (unless you purchase our rush fee. $40 )

  • Booking Policies

    Please ensure that you provide the most accurate information as possible. 

    After providing a quote, the quote can only be modified TWICE, before a modification fee of $25 per modification will commence. This includes but is not limited to change of dates, change of travelers, change of locations, change of resort/hotel options, etc. Therefore, please consult with your party before submitting the form. 

    After booking your trip, if you choose to change any aspect of your trip (dates, # of travelers, destination, flights, etc), a fee of $30 per change will be charged by WATT Travel in addition to the fee charged by the resort/airline, if applicable. 

    After your deposit is paid, final payments are usually due 30-45 days prior to travel, so if your travel dates are within 30-45 days, the full payment would need to be paid at the time of booking.

    Failure to communicate regarding payment will result in cancellation of your booking and a rebooking fee of $45.

    All planning sales (fees) are final and non-refundable. Should you book elsewhere, choose to stop the planning process, or decide to cancel your trip, this fee will be retained.

    If you cancel your trip and receive a voucher, you will have to rebook your future vacation with First Class Travel.
